• When you accept a booking for any of the tours you are bound by the terms & conditions set out below

• ALCOHOL & DRUGS

• Anybody intoxicated or affected by drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on tour and will be asked to leave without a refund!

  VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING

• Video, audio & EVP recordings are strictly NOT permitted on any tours & can not be uploaded to private, personnel, organisational, commercial websites, Facebook, YouTube or any social media platforms without written permission from Blue Mountains Mystery Tours.

• Tours take up to 16 people.

• Tours run rain, hail or shine.

• Tours require sturdy footwear (no open shoes, thongs, high heels or sandals), warm jacket umbrella/raincoat, insect repellent and a torch and long pants for ghost tour.

• Tour is not open to other tour operators, Ghost Tour & Dark tourism operators/owners, paranormal groups and social media/youtube bloggers for the time being!

• Blue Mountains Mystery Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change itineraries, fares, days and hours of operation due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or situations beyond our control

  INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• © All tour content, Stories, Images, Video & recordings/EVPs are Copyright to Blue Mountains Mystery Tours & are NOT to be reproduced or uploaded to business, organisational, commercial or personal websites, Facebook, YouTube or social media without written permission from Blue Mountains Mystery Tours.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

• No refunds.

• Blue Mountains Mystery Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change itineraries, fares, days and hours of operation due to weather, natural disasters, government restrictions or situations beyond our control.

• Guests will receive a full refund or the option of booking an alternative date if tour is canceled by BMMT due to unseen circumstances or situations beyond our control.
