• Blue Mountains Mystery Tours reserves the right to cancel tours, change itineraries, fares, days & hours of operation due to weather or situations beyond our control.
• Anybody intoxicated or affected by drugs or alcohol will not be permitted on tour.
• No video taping or recording permitted on (digital cameras welcome)
• All tours take up to 11 people *Child fare 12 & under
• All tours run rain, hail or shine

BOOKING

• We require a 50% non-refundable deposit seven days prior to tour commencing to reserve seat, (or credit card details).
• Full payment required 3 days before tour commences (or credit card details). full price not refunded if cancelled 24 hours before departure time.
  Payment can be made by: over the phone by credit card, direct credit, money order or cash on the night along with credit card details to reserve seat.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

• Full price not refunded if cancelled 24 hours before departure time.
• Deposit of 50% not refunded if cancelled.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Mystery Tours can pick you up from your accommodation in the Blue Mountains, Katoomba railway station or other locations by arrangement.
• Arrive 15 minutes prior to departure as we cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Book early for Friday & Saturday nights to avoid disappointment
• All tours take up to 11 people, for larger groups vehicles can tag along

WHAT TO BRING

All tours require sturdy footwear (no thongs, high heels or sandals), warm jacket, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, umbrella, camera/film & a (TORCH FOR GHOST TOUR FOR EACH PERSON)
